We wanted to let you know that the Settled Service Team will be taking a break for the festive period.

Settled Service Team Closure:

Closing: 5 PM, 19th December 2024
Reopening: 6th January 2025

During this time, if you need support, please contact the EU Settlement Scheme Resolution Centre at 0300 123 7379. Below are their holiday opening hours:

EUSS Resolution Centre Festive Hours:

• Tuesday 24th December: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Wednesday 25th December: Closed
• Thursday 26th December: Closed
• Tuesday 31st December: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Wednesday 1st January: Closed

For those requiring assistance from the Ukraine Service Team, their helpline will remain open for selected hours:
