Important notice regarding high demand for our EUSS advice services 

Before submitting a referral, please check whether we are able to help with your query. Settled provides free advice and support on the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) and Ukrainian visa schemes only. For capacity reasons we are unfortunately unable to assist with appeals or any other immigration routes. We do not provide free advice on British Citizenship applications. 

Please also be aware that from the end of March 2026, all Government Funded Organisations (GFOs) providing free EUSS immigration advice will no longer receive any government funding for this service. Consequently, free EUSS legal advice and support across the sector will likely be very limited. This will likely impact whether Settled can assist you and how quickly it can do so. It could mean that our processing time can go up to 10 working days. Please wait patiently. Do not submit a duplicate referral or call the telephone helpline with the same issue. This may cause further delays.
