Settled offers free, accredited advice on the EU Settlement Scheme in a wide variety of European languages.

Please call our helpline on 0330 223 5336 and select the language you wish to speak (phone option numbers next to each language below). The English extension line is open Monday-Thursday, 13:00-15:00. For other times, and other languages, please leave a message, and you will be called be back in the appropriate language. We also have speakers of additional languages who can call or email you back in your preferred language as far as possible. 

Alternatively, if you’d prefer to email us, please write (in your preferred language) an explanation of your situation, name and location, and we will reply as soon as possible.

All services are free, multilingual, and accredited by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC).
