Settled offers free, accredited advice on the EU Settlement Scheme and the Ukraine visa scheme in a wide variety of European languages.
To access our free, multilingual advice services on the EU Settlement Scheme or Ukrainian visa scheme, please use our secure, online self-referral form to give initial information about your own immigration situation and query. (If you work for another organisation and would like to refer a client, please email us).
Alternatively, please call our helpline on 0330 223 5336 and select the language you wish to speak (phone option numbers next to each language below). The English extension line is open Monday-Thursday, 13:00-15:00. For other times, and other languages, please leave a message, and you will be called be back in the appropriate language. We also have speakers of additional languages who can call or email you back in your preferred language as far as possible.
