Settled is a charity that provided immigration advice under the EU Settlement Scheme up to the highest level, IAA Level 3.

If anyone needs help with the EU Settlement Scheme, please get in touch with us. Our services are open Monday to Thursday. When you send us your enquiry, please be patient, we will get back to you as soon as we can. We are a very busy charity, and we receive a huge number of enquiries daily.

Please read the following information about the services we run:

If your enquiry is about more complex issues like submitting a late application, long absences and switching from pre-settled to settled status, refusals and rejections, joining family members (dependent parents/children, durable/unmarried partners), please send us a self-referral form and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please bear in mind that we don’t deal with complex cases over the phone or on our Facebook Forums. You need to send us a web referral form: Refer yourself to a Settled advice service – Settled
